U have to buy their server software!!.. Expensive!!!

Could not get it to work on my CPU and the support I get is the same manual that came with the app. Would like a refund!

This app does not support windows 7 home edition like it sais in the app description. How do I get I refund. Please and thank you

app does not function for either professional or home... Money back please.

I hate remote desktop it does not work for windows 7 and I wasted my money on it very bad product dont make the mistake that I did dont buy it

This is not worth the time ans the effort to install and certainly not the money, this should be removed from the app store...

Couldnt connect it to windows 7 home premium. So actually paid for nothing. And the help was not helpful, it shows some other version of w7 - ultimate or server maybe

I bought this app thinking it went with the remote desktop connection that comes with the Macs. Its not and I have had no luck connecting to my Mac. Do not buy this. Its a huge waste of money.

It works. Lets me get to my office computer from anywhere . Your not going to work all day on it the screen and type is to Small but if you need to tap into your office or home computer From another location this is it. I have been using Microsoft Remote desktop for years on all my computers, macs and PCs This works just as well except for the size,tablet format. If I could run a mouse on this I pad it would make it even better Mostly because my fingers often hit the wrong thing,again just because of the size of the screen. Also you cant right click because you cant run a mouse on a I pad.

Good product but terrible tech support... I would have rated this product at 5 but since tech support wont get back to me they only get 4.

Installed this app and it did not connect to my server. I purchased another app that connected flawlessly. I want a refund. How do I get a refund?

Im able to connect to my own pc while Im at my university XD so even if all the computers are occupied I can still do my homework on my ipad2. Since my online homework is on a flash website, this lets me have access to the websites AND I can read my ebooks. definitely a satisfied customer :P what would make this app even better is if it could make it easier or more intuitive to drag around windows, scroll up and down, etc.

I downloaded this because it says it supports remote desktop function for multiple windows OSs. It will not connect to server, and there has been no support given after multiple attempts. If you buy it, and it doesnt work, too bad.

dose not work with win serv 2003 r2 x64

It connects to all of my computers just fine, but it leave artifacts on the screen every time I use the start menu and it isnt optimized for the retina display of the new iPad, forcing me to lower the resolution to 1024x768 if I want the entire desktop to be displayed on the screen.

Easy set-up. Easy to use. Everything I was looking for!

Dont waste your money.

Works great connects to my company remote server with awesome screen resolution and ease of use.
